Leftover Rice with Garlicky Greens

Ingredients

Ghee – 3 Tbsp.

Large onion – 1, chopped

Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves, minced

Greens of your choice – 6 cups

Leftover wild, red, black, or basmati rice – 2 cups

Salt – 1 tsp.

Method

In a skillet, melt the ghee.

Add the onion.

Then add the garlic.

Cook about 5 minutes.

Add the greens, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the leftover rice, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm through.

Season with salt and serve.
